PMO Analyst

PMO Analyst Leicester – 12-Month FTC – Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) £40,000 - £45,000 VIQU has partnered with a leading organisation seeking a PMO Analyst to support a major Transformation programme.

This role will focus on programme governance, planning, reporting, and controls, helping to ensure the successful delivery of a large-scale enterprise change initiative. Working closely with senior programme leadership, you'll play a key role in maintaining structure, visibility, and accountability across the programme.

Key Responsibilities of the PMO Analyst:

Support programme governance activities across the Finance Transformation Programme.<br />Manage RAID logs, actions, decisions, and programme reporting.<br />Coordinate governance meetings, steering committees, and programme boards.<br />Prepare governance packs, reporting dashboards, and stakeholder updates.<br />Support programme planning, scheduling, and dependency management activities.<br />Administer change control processes and governance frameworks.<br />Maintain programme documentation, templates, and PMO standards.<br />Build strong relationships across programme teams to ensure governance compliance.<br />Support assurance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.<br />Key Requirements of the PMO Analyst:

Previous experience within a PMO Analyst, PMO Coordinator, or Programme Office role.<br />Experience supporting large-scale transformation or change programmes.<br />Strong governance, reporting, and programme control experience.<br />Experience managing RAID processes, actions, decisions, and risks.<br />Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.<br />Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.<br />Working knowledge of Prince2, MSP, Agile, or similar delivery methodologies.<br />Ability to work proactively within demanding and fast-moving programme environments.<br />Apply today to speak with VIQU in confidence or contact Fay Toomey via the VIQU website.
