Senior Recruitment Partner

I am working with one of the UK's most respected healthcare charities, delivering advanced trauma care to critically injured patients across London. By bringing hospital-level expertise directly to the scene of emergencies, the organisation plays a vital role in saving lives and improving patient outcomes. Supported entirely through charitable fundraising, the charity continues to invest in its people, services and innovation to ensure Londoners receive world-class emergency care when they need it most.

They are looking to recruit an Interim Senior Recruitment Partner to join its People team on a 3-4 month contract paying up to £65,000 FTE (pro rata for the duration of the contract). They are looking for an experienced recruiter to support a busy period of hiring across a diverse portfolio of vacancies. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, influence hiring decisions and help secure talented individuals who align with the charity's mission and values.

The organisation is based in central London and offers hybrid working, going into the office 2 days per week. This fixed-term contract will suit a proactive and outcome focused recruitment professional who is comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while working with a high degree of autonomy.

Some of the key responsibilities of this exciting interim role include:

• Leading the end-to-end recruitment process for approximately 10 vacancies.
• Partnering with hiring managers to develop attraction and sourcing strategies.
• Managing recruitment campaigns, candidate communications and direct sourcing activity through LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screening, shortlisting and assessing candidates, whilst supporting interview and selection processes.
• Acting as a trusted recruitment advisor to senior managers and directors, providing market insight and recruitment expertise.
• Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress, risks and opportunities.
• Supporting offer management and onboarding handovers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and build future talent pipelines.

The successful candidate will bring significant end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally gained through working in house and through an agency. You will have experience managing multiple concurrent recruitment campaigns, strong direct sourcing and headhunting skills, and the ability to quickly establish credibility with senior stakeholders. Previous experience within the charity, public sector or wider purpose-led sector would be advantageous.
