The Role

• Provide an exceptional shopping experience to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Support the efficient management of daily operations and team training as the Assistant Store Lead.
• Handle a variety of tasks across the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Manage incoming goods, merchandise displays, and monitor product freshness and expiry dates.
• Operate the cash register and assist with stockroom and cleaning duties.

What You'll Need

• A strong work ethic and a drive to contribute to team success.
• A completed apprenticeship in retail, or relevant experience, or the ability to transition as a new entrant.
• A friendly demeanour and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Eagerness to work diligently and efficiently.
• Flexibility, a strong team spirit, organisational skills, and leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
