We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Unit Turn Technician to ensure our units are quickly and efficiently prepared for new tenants.

Key Responsibilities:     

•    Perform unit turnovers, including repairs, painting, and cleaning.     

•    Inspect units for necessary maintenance and address issues promptly.     

•    Replace or repair fixtures, appliances, and other equipment as needed.     

•    Collaborate with the property manager and maintenance team to meet turn schedules.     

•    Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:     

•    Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or unit turns is preferred.     

•    Proficiency in basic repairs, painting, and appliance troubleshooting.     

•    Ability to lift and carry heavy items, climb stairs, and work in various conditions.     

•    Strong time-management and organizational skills.     

•    Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
