About the Role

As a Home Instead Care Assistant, you will:

• Deliver care tailored to each client’s individual needs, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
• Provide support with personal care, meal preparation, medication, and light household tasks.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, helping clients maintain their independence at home.
• Use your own vehicle to travel between clients’ homes.

What You Need

To join our team, you must:

• Live in Watford or the surrounding area.
• Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to your own car.
• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Be kind, empathetic, and passionate about helping others.
