The Role

• Source, develop leads, and prospect new clients through networking and outreach.
• Drive sales performance to consistently meet and exceed monthly goals.

What You'll Need

• Sales experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to qualify for and maintain Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses.
• Proficiency with computer systems and strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background and credit check.
