The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown assistance.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members in need.
• Tackle a variety of challenges from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault-finding.
• Operate independently, starting and finishing your day from home.
• Act as a proud ambassador, embodying the organisation's reputation for reliability and service.

What You'll Need

• A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of post-qualification experience in technical, electrical, and diagnostic repairs.
• A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Ability to stay calm and confident under pressure.
