The Role • Serve as a point of contact for passengers, providing information on track changes, operational disruptions, train cancellations, missed connections, and alternative travel options. • Disseminate information to travelers using relevant information systems and media. • Represent the company in a mobile service role within the station and on platforms, ensuring customer satisfaction. • Distribute passenger documents and verify the accuracy and condition of displayed timetables and posters. • Receive lost property from passengers and act as a trusted point of contact. • Assist passengers with mobility impairments on the platform and provide first aid if necessary. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a service-oriented profession (e.g., retail, hospitality). • Experience in the service industry and customer interaction. • Confident and friendly demeanor, with a keen sense of attentiveness and customer focus. • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. • Ability to maintain a professional and tidy appearance, including wearing company attire. • Good German language skills; English language skills are a plus.
