Senior Supply Chain Data Analyst – Retail / Manhattan

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst with strong hands-on experience analyzing large datasets and supporting business decision-making within Supply Chain / Retail environments. Experience with Manhattan software is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain and retail data to identify trends, exceptions, operational issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Work with large datasets using SQL, Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and other analytical tools.
• Develop reports, dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc analyses for supply chain stakeholders.
• Analyze data related to inventory, warehouse operations, order fulfillment, distribution, replenishment, and logistics.
• Work closely with business, supply chain, and technology teams to understand data requirements.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and production issue investigation.
• Support data integrations and reporting involving Manhattan software and other enterprise systems.
• Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Analysis / Analytics.
• Strong hands-on SQL experience.
• Strong Excel and reporting/visualization experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience working with Supply Chain or Retail data.
• Good understanding of inventory, fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or order-management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with Manhattan software.
• Retail industry experience.
• Experience with warehouse, inventory, fulfillment, or logistics analytics.
