Holiday Retail Associate

Provide friendly, solution-oriented service to customers, share product knowledge and promotions, process sales transactions, and help keep merchandise and store areas well stocked, clean, and customer ready. This seasonal role also includes responding to customer concerns and supporting store operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide helpful, solution-oriented service throughout their store visit.
• Build product knowledge and communicate product features, promotions, and sales information.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns, providing positive resolutions and assistance by phone.
• Process register transactions accurately and follow company sales and service procedures.
• Receive, process, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain store presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap, and hospitality areas.
