Role Summary
Responsible for all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to design, build, and maintain OPWDD applications within the Health and Human Services Portfolio. Key efforts include migrating information from cloud-based SharePoint into new systems, creating custom database objects, building Power Platform solutions, and mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with Business Owners to refine and document business requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and implement applications, including data analysis, data access, logical database models, and creation of database objects.
- Migrate data and information from cloud SharePoint to the new application environment.
- Develop technical design documents, program specifications, and system documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to less experienced developer team members.
- Perform production support tasks, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Identify and escalate technical risks and issues appropriately.
Technical & Screening Requirements
Mandatory Qualification (Pass/Fail)
- Experience Level: 60–84 Months as a Software Developer, capable of working independently without assistance and providing guidance to others.
Requested Qualifications Matrix
- 72 Months: Experience designing, developing, implementing, and securing multi-tiered, externally facing enterprise web applications using on-premise Dynamics or MS Power Platform.
- 48 Months: Experience designing and creating customized forms, entities, views, and reports in Microsoft Dynamics (Cloud).
- 48 Months: Experience designing and creating customized Canvas Apps.
- 36 Months: Experience designing, developing, and securing Microsoft Power Portal Apps.
- 36 Months: Experience designing and developing custom plugins for Microsoft Dynamics.
- 36 Months: Experience designing, developing, and securing SOAP and REST external web services.
- 36 Months: Experience using SharePoint document integration with Dynamics.
