We are seeking a dedicated and experienced specialist to join a leading psychiatric clinic renowned for its comprehensive care in psychosomatic treatment for adolescents. This facility is one of the largest of its kind in Germany, offering a supportive and multidisciplinary environment to drive positive patient outcomes.

The Role

• Take on initial specialist leadership responsibilities on the psychosomatic adolescent ward.
• Progressively assume full specialist leadership and contribute to the ward's development.
• Provide structured support and responsibility for clinical processes and the holistic psychotherapeutic treatment of young patients.
• Conduct supervisions for child and adolescent psychotherapists in training, fostering their professional growth.
• Perform patient admissions, family consultations, and interdisciplinary intervisions to ensure high-quality care.

What You'll Need

• Completed specialist training or be in the 4th year of residency in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, with completed or advanced therapy training.
• A passion for interdisciplinary collaboration within a multiprofessional team including physicians, psychologists, nurses, and therapists.
• Enthusiasm for taking on leadership roles with comprehensive training provided for new leaders.
• Ability to participate in on-call duties from home in coordination with adult ward colleagues.
