The Role • Ensure a seamless service process and excellent service quality for customers, supporting and advising them from initiation to the finalisation of all contract details. • Manage administrative tasks alongside hands-on work with vehicles. • Conduct visual vehicle assessments, manage vehicle deregistration, and prepare vehicles for both B2B and B2C transactions. • Assess vehicle condition and generate electronic condition reports using proprietary app technology, with an openness to purchasing a wide range of vehicles. What You'll Need • Open to career changers with commercial experience. • Strong customer service orientation to create positive buying experiences and enhance customer satisfaction. • Automotive knowledge, such as experience as a mechanic, painter, or car sales professional, or initial skills in vehicle valuation are a plus. • Flexibility in working hours and strong communication skills. • A "can-do" attitude and enthusiasm for the automotive sector.
