We are hiring for a leading European digital automotive platform, renowned for its innovative approach to buying and selling used cars. The Role • Ensure a seamless service process and excellent service quality for our customers. • Support and advise clients from the initial process through to the finalization of all contract details. • Enthusiastically handle administrative tasks and engage with vehicles. • Conduct visual inspections, manage vehicle deregistration, and prepare vehicles for our B2B and B2C businesses. • Assess vehicle condition and create digital condition reports using our proprietary app. What You'll Need • Prior administrative or customer service experience is beneficial; all backgrounds are welcome. • A strong customer focus to create positive buying experiences and enhance customer satisfaction. • Automotive knowledge, such as from roles as a mechanic, painter, or automotive salesperson, or initial experience in vehicle valuation is a plus. • Flexibility in working hours, an outgoing personality, and excellent communication skills. • A proactive "can-do" attitude and a passion for the automotive industry.
