Practice independently in the community as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Deliver personalized rehabilitation therapy to patients in their home or care facilities. Minimum of one-year speech language pathology experience or successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern
Licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State
