HR Business Partner* International

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

• Provide comprehensive HR business partnering for multiple international sales entities and selected central functions, driving the professionalization of HR operations.
• Act as a strategic advisor to international leadership on all personnel, labor law, and organizational matters.
• Manage complex employment-related processes, including contract design and restructuring, in coordination with local partners and legal counsel.
• Develop and implement organizational and personnel concepts to support the growth and efficiency of international business units.
• Oversee quality-assured recruitment processes and mentor team members to support their professional development as HR business partners.

What You'll Need

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR, ideally in an international business partner capacity.
• A completed degree in business administration, human resources, business psychology, law, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and experience in executing complex personnel-related measures.
• Excellent proficiency in both German and English, with the ability to think analytically and entrepreneurially.
