The Role

Execute earthworks for trenches and shafts for low and medium voltage cable installations, as well as fiber optic networks.
Prepare and carry out earthworks for service connections.
Operate construction machinery such as mini excavators and other site equipment.
Restore surfaces professionally upon completion of work.
Conduct field measurements and prepare documentation.

What You'll Need

Completed vocational training in relevant fields (e.g., civil engineering, pipe laying, road construction, construction machine operation).
Technical understanding and enjoyment of working with construction machinery.
A valid driver's license (Class B / BE) and at least B2 level German language proficiency.
Proactive, dedicated, and motivated work style with strong reliability, communication, and teamwork skills.
Previous experience is desirable, but motivated career starters are also welcome.
