Senior Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation and Close Software Developer

NTT DATA seeks a Senior Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation and Close expert to lead design, implementation, and optimization of FCCS solutions for global clients. You will gather requirements, architect consolidation models, configure applications, manage integrations, and ensure compliance with accounting and reporting standards. Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams, mentor junior consultants, and support performance tuning and enhancements. Leverage NTT DATA's innovative, client-focused culture to drive digital finance transformation and deliver high-quality, scalable Oracle EPM solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle EPM FCCS solutions
• Gather and document business, finance, and reporting requirements
• Configure consolidation models, rules, metadata, and security
• Design and manage data integrations with ERP and source systems
• Ensure solutions align with accounting and regulatory standards
• Optimize close process performance and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional client and internal teams
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization
• Prepare solution documentation, training, and user support materials
