Hourly Pay Range: $18 - $22 USD

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM OR 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

What you'll do:

  • Perform small format finishing and bindery operations, including cutting, binding, punching, saddle stitching, folding, and collating
  • Set up and operate bindery equipment to meet job specifications
  • Ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to quality standards
  • Monitor jobs for accuracy and consistency throughout production
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment or job issues as needed
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience in bindery and finishing operations preferred
  • Proficiency with MBO folders and Challenge (or equivalent) cutters required
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn; training available for candidates with strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity
