A respected financial institution is hiring for a part-time Associate Banker to deliver exceptional service and provide financial guidance to customers. This role is key to fostering strong customer relationships and contributing to branch success.

The Role

• Deliver exceptional customer service, identifying needs and offering appropriate financial solutions.
• Guide customers through branch lobby navigation and advise on digital and self-serve banking options.
• Conduct client conversations to recommend alternative banking channels and provide personal banking and investment advice.
• Meet customer transaction needs with seamless execution and identify opportunities to address everyday banking and credit card needs.
• Support operational activities, including service requests, application follow-ups, and opening/closing procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and enhance the customer experience.

What You'll Need

• 1-2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education/certification.
• Confidence in using digital tools like social media, tablets, and smartphones.
• Experience in consultative customer service or sales roles with a focus on personalized customer experiences.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions for referrals.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for listening, problem-solving, and creative response to challenges.
• Good verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and teamwork abilities.
