Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid working (approximately four days office-based, one day from home)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
The Opportunity: Business ManagerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to support the mobilisation and delivery of new commercial contracts across the UK.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating multiple implementation projects, ensuring workstreams remain on track and key milestones are achieved. This is a hands-on delivery role that requires excellent organisation, strong stakeholder management and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Working across projects valued at several million pounds, you will oversee project plans, coordinate meetings, monitor risks and dependencies, and ensure internal teams remain accountable for delivering against agreed actions.
Key Responsibilities: Business Manager- Coordinate the mobilisation and implementation of multiple commercial projects from planning through to delivery.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, Gantt charts, action trackers and delivery schedules.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables and deadlines, ensuring activities remain on schedule.
- Coordinate regular project meetings, recording actions and following up with stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where appropriate.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective project delivery.
- Track progress across multiple workstreams, including operational readiness, recruitment, compliance and service implementation.
- Produce regular progress reports for senior leadership.
- Proactively engage stakeholders across the business to maintain momentum and ensure accountability.
You are an organised and detail-focused project professional who enjoys bringing structure to complex programmes of work.
You will have:
- Previous experience coordinating multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience supporting projects valued at £3-£4 million or more.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools, including Excel, project plans, action trackers and Gantt charts.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The confidence to influence stakeholders and hold colleagues accountable for agreed actions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience working within a fast-paced, commercial or high-growth environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Salary of £45,000-£50,000 per annum.
