Senior AI/ML Engineer

Location: St. Louis, MO
**Note: Onsite role and in-person interview is mandatory

We are looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer with strong Python and hands-on LLM experience to build AI agents and RAG solutions for production applications.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of software development experience with strong Python
• 2+ years of hands-on LLM/Generative AI development
• Strong experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
• Experience building RAG pipelines, including embeddings, vector search, re-ranking, and answer generation
• Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI APIs, tool calling, and streaming
• Strong Async Python experience with asyncio, FastAPI, and httpx
• Good understanding of prompt engineering and structured JSON responses
• Experience with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and Alembic
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Experience building reliable applications with retry, error handling, logging, and monitoring

Good to Have:

• Multi-agent AI systems and LangGraph StateGraph
• WebSocket / SSE
• Langfuse or other LLM observability tools
• Vector databases such as Pinecone, OpenSearch, or pgvector
• Multimodal/vision AI
• AWS services such as EKS, Aurora, IAM, and SSM
• Telecom or field-service experience
