Job Description

Advance Onboarding Solutions is seeking a Licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in electrical systems and a strong commitment to quality workmanship. You will work closely with project teams to deliver efficient and reliable electrical solutions across various projects. Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and repair tasks in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately complete tasks.
  • Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
  • Identify electrical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement effective solutions promptly.
  • Use appropriate tools, testing devices, and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Coordinate with other trades and project managers to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues or delays promptly.
  • Valid and current TDLR Journeyman Electrician license.
  • Proven experience as a Licensed Journeyman Electrician with solid electrical knowledge.
  • Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong physical ability to perform necessary tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Compensation

$42 per hour
