Enterprise Applications & Software Development Manager

Required Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience in software development and/or enterprise application management.
• 3–5+ years of technical leadership or people-management experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience is required.
• Strong experience with .NET/C# and/or JavaScript-based application development.
• Experience supporting or managing major ERP platforms.
• Experience with custom enterprise application development and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and secure coding practices.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• JD Edwards / JDE EnterpriseOne experience.
• Experience with manufacturing or plant-related business applications.
• DevOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and enterprise architecture experience.
• Data analytics, data governance, data science, or machine-learning exposure.
• Experience implementing AI-assisted development or automation technologies.

Position Details

• Employment: Direct Hire / Full-Time
• Location: Northern Illinois
• Work Arrangement: Onsite
• Compensation: $140,000–$195,000 base salary, depending on experience
