Requirements * Active TS/SCI * Bachelor's degree * Ability to perform all functional duties independently in a fast-paced, senior-leader support environment with minimal supervision. Palantir AI Certification. * Demonstrated experience using Palantir AI or comparable advanced analytics tools to build decision-support products, analytical models, or operational outputs. * Experience conducting COA, risk, mission, or structured analytical assessments in a Department of Defense environment. * Experience developing ROI-based models, comparative analyses, or decision-support products that inform senior military or civilian leadership decisions. * Experience preparing, coordinating, tracking, or closing tasking and staffing packages using DoD task management tools such as TMT or comparable systems. * Experience briefing senior military or civilian leaders and translating analytical findings into clear recommendations or decision options. * Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to synthesize complex Mission Assurance or operational data into actionable products. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive Summary Tharros combines extensive cyber defense knowledge with the world's preeminent vulnerability expertise to identify and defend against attacks before they become problems.
