Regional Environmental Compliance Manager

Liquid Environmental Solutions of Texas seeks a Regional Environmental Compliance Manager to lead regulatory compliance for non-hazardous liquid waste collection, transport, and treatment operations across Texas. In this role, you will oversee environmental programs for vacuum truck fleets, grease trap services, and treatment facilities, ensuring alignment with EPA, state, and local regulations. You will conduct field audits, investigate incidents, develop corrective actions, and train small field crews on safety and compliance. This position partners closely with operations leaders to drive a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in environmental performance while supporting company growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional environmental compliance for liquid waste collection, transport, and treatment operations across Texas
• Monitor and interpret EPA, state, and local regulations impacting non-hazardous liquid waste and wastewater services
• Conduct field and facility environmental audits, inspections, and incident investigations
• Develop and implement corrective action plans and continuous improvement initiatives
• Create, update, and enforce environmental compliance policies, SOPs, and documentation
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and maintain accurate compliance records
• Train and coach field crews and supervisors on safety, environmental practices, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with operations leaders to integrate compliance into daily routes and treatment processes
• Liaise with regulators, inspectors, and external partners during audits and reviews
• Support safety programs and risk assessments involving vacuum trucks, treatment systems, and field operations
