Campaign Manager - Wealth Management

Employment Type: FTE -  No Corp to Corp

Campaign Manager

Position Summary

The Campaign Manager is responsible for the execution, optimization, and operational management of both marketing and transactional campaigns across multiple channels. This role partners with Marketing, Project Management, Creative, Engineering, Data Operations, and Analytics teams to deliver personalized, data-driven customer experiences that support engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

This role requires experience in campaign management and marketing operations, with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, campaign execution, testing strategies, and cross-channel orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of both marketing and transactional campaigns across multiple channels, including Email, PLAs, Widgets, SMS, Push Notifications, Mobile App, Call Tasks, and Direct Mail.
  • Support the development and optimization of personalized, cross-channel customer journeys that drive customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Support end-to-end campaign execution, including campaign setup, QA, deployment, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Maintain campaign deployment and roadmap calendars, ensuring campaigns are planned, prioritized, and executed according to established timelines.
  • Support audience segmentation strategies using customer data insights to improve targeting, personalization, and contact frequency.
  • Support the execution of testing roadmaps across channels, including A/B and multivariate testing, and measure performance against defined KPIs.
  • Partner with Analytics and Marketing to identify optimization opportunities and inform campaign strategy through performance insights.
  • Develop an understanding of data architecture and customer data models to support campaign execution and audience development.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Project Management, Creative, Engineering, Data Operations, and Analytics to ensure successful campaign delivery in support of Marketing business partner goals.
  • Support campaign performance reporting by compiling results, insights, and recommendations for Marketing stakeholders and leadership.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve campaign processes, operational efficiencies, and the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, campaign management, or marketing operations.
  • Strong experience executing end-to-end campaigns within a marketing automation platform, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, and Intelligence Reports, is preferred.
  • Experience managing omnichannel campaigns across Email, PLAs, Widgets, SMS, Push Notifications, Mobile App, Call Tasks, Direct Mail, and other customer engagement channels.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, audience creation, campaign targeting strategies, and the use of test and control groups.
  • Experience supporting A/B and multivariate testing and measuring campaign effectiveness through data-driven insights.
  • Familiarity with campaign management and project management tools such as Workfront, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign performance metrics, ROI, and customer engagement KPIs.
  • Basic understanding of email best practices and personalization capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and communicate campaign requirements to various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to independently manage projects from planning through execution.
  • Knowledge of marketing databases, data manipulation, and SQL is a plus.
