Palo Alto XSIAM SME Remote

We are looking for a Senior Palo Alto XSIAM SME with strong hands-on experience supporting 24x7 SOC/MSS and Incident Response (IR) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support 24x7 SOC/MSS and Incident Response operations.
• Enhance and optimize XSIAM/XSOAR playbooks, detection engineering, dashboards, and reporting.
• Accelerate security investigations and improve SOC analyst efficiency.
• Develop technical deliverables and measurable improvements across SOC operations.
• Create XSIAM/XSOAR accelerators, including playbooks and runbooks, to speed deployment in customer environments.
• Support PANW alliance initiatives focused on SOC, Cortex Cloud, and XSIAM.
• Develop slideware and technical content supporting a Next-Gen SOC point of view.
• Collaborate with security teams and stakeholders to increase client engagement and operational effectiveness.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto Cortex XSIAM.
• Experience supporting 24x7 SOC/MSS operations.
• Strong Incident Response (IR) experience.
• Hands-on XSOAR playbook/runbook development.
• Experience with detection engineering.
• Experience creating and optimizing security dashboards and reporting.
• Ability to improve SOC investigation workflows and analyst efficiency.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Palo Alto Networks / PANW security ecosystem.
• Cortex Cloud and XSIAM.
• SOC transformation / Next-Gen SOC initiatives.
• Security automation and orchestration.
• Experience creating technical accelerators and client-facing presentations.
