CDL Route Sales Driver - Environmental Services

Safety-Kleen, a Clean Harbors company, seeks a CDL-B Sales and Service Driver to support environmental and recycling services for industrial, automotive, and commercial customers. In this role, you'll operate a commercial vehicle to deliver products, collect used oil and waste, and service parts-cleaning equipment while ensuring strict compliance with DOT, EPA, and company safety standards. You'll interact directly with customers, identify additional service opportunities, complete manifests and electronic documentation, and represent our safety-first, environmentally responsible culture while supporting route efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-B truck to deliver and pick up environmental and waste recycling products from industrial, automotive, and commercial customers
• Provide on-site service, including used oil collection, parts washer maintenance, and safe handling of hazardous and non-hazardous materials
• Follow all DOT, EPA, and company safety, environmental, and regulatory procedures and documentation requirements
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and ensure proper loading, securing, and labeling of materials
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication, problem-solving, and responsive service
• Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and operations teams to optimize routes and meet service schedules
• Use handheld or electronic systems to capture service data, manifests, and customer signatures accurately
• Participate in safety meetings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and compliance
