Project Manager

Innovairre seeks a Project Manager to lead data-driven technology and communications projects for nonprofit clients. In this role, you will plan and manage end-to-end IT and digital initiatives-from requirements and scope through execution, testing, and launch-ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards. You will coordinate cross-functional teams in analytics, creative, digital, and production; manage client expectations; track risks and issues; and translate complex technical needs into clear plans. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and mission-driven fundraising.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and manage IT and digital fundraising projects from initiation through launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across analytics, creative, digital, and production.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with internal teams and nonprofit clients.
• Monitor budgets, risks, and issues; implement mitigation plans and status reporting.
• Gather and document business and technical requirements for data and technology solutions.
• Ensure quality assurance, testing, and accurate implementation of data and campaign configurations.
• Communicate project status, dependencies, and changes to stakeholders and clients.
• Continuously improve project management processes, tools, and reporting for greater efficiency.
