Title : Payroll Consultant - Workday
Location : Remote
Fulltime with Hexaware
Primary skills : Workday Payroll (US & Canada), Payroll Tax Processing & Compliance (W2/1099, Tax Corrections), Payroll Operations, Audits & Reconciliations
Complete JD :
- Manage end-to-end US & Canada payroll operations including payroll processing, validations, audits, and reconciliations in Workday
- Handle employee-level payroll tax activities, tax corrections, W2/1099 amendments, and prior-year tax support
- Analyze and resolve payroll, tax, and stock-related issues, ensuring timely support and stakeholder communication
- Validate payroll inputs and approve payroll processing activities (On-Cycle, Manual, and On-Demand payroll runs)
- Collaborate with payroll vendors and internal/external partners (Strada, EY, Alight, Vialto, etc.) for payroll operations, audits, and compliance activities
- Ensure adherence to SOX controls, compliance requirements, documentation standards, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
