Technical Service Coordinator

The opportunity

Downer’s Energy and Utilities business has an opportunity for a Technical Service Coordinator to join our team.

In this varied role, you will support the efficient delivery of UAM operations, providing technical, operational and project coordination across our field and project teams. Working closely with field staff, subcontractors, project teams and clients, you will help coordinate daily activities, respond to operational requirements and support the successful delivery of services.

What we’re looking for

You will be an organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys working in a busy environment and can confidently manage competing priorities while providing a high level of customer service.

• A minimum of three years’ experience in administration, coordination or customer service

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Good computer, mobile device and general technology skills

• Strong data entry and keyboard skills

• The ability to prioritise work and meet required timeframes and KPIs

• A collaborative approach and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems, processes and technologies

• A current C Class Drivers Licence

• A current National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one

Previous experience within a high call volume or multidisciplinary service desk environment will be advantageous. Experience using JDEGS or similar software is desirable, however training can be provided.
