The Role

• Assembling steel structures in medium, high, and extra-high voltage substations (up to 380kV).
• Installing high-voltage and medium-voltage equipment, including electrical systems and components like high-voltage clamps, suspended and support insulators.
• Performing assembly and disassembly of bolted and pressed connections, as well as pipe and cable installations, including cable pulling.
• Updating and revising plan documents through redlining.

What You'll Need

• A completed vocational training in a locksmith/metal construction trade (e.g., Metal Worker, Industrial Mechanic, Construction Mechanic, Plant Mechanic), or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in locksmithing or metal construction, ideally within the construction, mechanical engineering, energy technology, or processing industries.
• Previous experience working with electrical systems is advantageous.
• A valid driver's license (Class B) and willingness to travel to project sites by personal vehicle.
• Readiness for regular on-site assignments from Monday to Friday across southwest Germany, including overnight stays.
• Good German language skills and an independent, motivated work ethic.
