Junior Data Operations Analyst

The successful candidate will support data collection, validation, reporting, and operational analytics across multiple business functions. Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, and quality checks.
• Identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent data.
• Prepare recurring operational reports and dashboards.
• Use SQL to retrieve and analyze data from relational databases.
• Assist with data-quality investigations and issue resolution.
• Support business teams with ad-hoc data requests.
• Maintain documentation for data processes and reporting procedures.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve data and reporting processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, operations, or a related field.
• Basic to intermediate SQL skills.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Power BI or Tableau.
• Python.
• Experience working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of data-quality concepts.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms.
