Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Change Management & Adoption Specialist to lead the rollout, adoption, and successful implementation of Agentic AI solutions across an enterprise. The ideal candidate will bridge business stakeholders, IT teams, leadership, and end users to drive AI adoption and maximize business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead change management strategies for enterprise AI adoption initiatives.

  • Develop rollout plans, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement programs.

  • Drive user training, awareness, onboarding, and enablement initiatives.

  • Identify adoption challenges and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Define and monitor adoption metrics, productivity improvements, and ROI.

  • Collaborate with business leaders, technical teams, and end users.

  • Develop user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.

  • Promote a culture of AI adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Support enterprise-wide transformation and digital adoption initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 6–12 years of experience in change management, digital transformation, or technology adoption.

  • Proven experience managing enterprise technology rollout programs.

  • Experience supporting GenAI or AI-driven transformation initiatives.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to explain complex AI concepts in business-friendly language.

  • Experience designing training, onboarding, and enablement programs.

  • Familiarity with established change management frameworks such as Prosci or ADKAR.
