Our Event Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue through the planning, promotion, and execution of a variety of events (social occasions, smaller weddings, and corporate events). This role involves engaging with prospective clients, building relationships with partners and vendors, and ensuring every client receives personalized service. The Event Sales Manager oversees all aspects of their sales, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Event Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience in events.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and flexibility to work evenings.
• Solid book of business
• Familiarity with Chicago market
