Candidate Source is seeking a Brazer to own full-cycle recruiting for professional, scientific, and technical roles. You will consult with clients to understand hiring needs, design sourcing strategies, and manage searches from intake to offer. Responsibilities include building talent pipelines, leveraging advanced sourcing tools, screening and presenting candidates, coordinating interviews, and guiding clients on market trends and compensation. You'll collaborate closely with a client-focused team, refine processes, and help shape workforce strategies while growing toward senior consulting or leadership opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional, scientific, and technical roles
• Consult with clients to define hiring needs, profiles, and search strategies
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing campaigns using job boards, social platforms, and Boolean search
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Present qualified shortlists and manage client feedback and interview logistics
• Guide clients on talent market trends, compensation, and hiring best practices
• Negotiate offers and support smooth onboarding transitions
• Maintain accurate data and workflows in the ATS and CRM systems
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles
• Collaborate with team members to improve recruiting processes and client experience
