Role Overview
We are seeking a Systems/DevOps Engineer to support and enhance our cloud-based development and deployment ecosystem. This role will focus on designing, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing Azure DevOps (ADO) environments, supporting build and release processes, and driving the organization's transition from Azure DevOps repositories to GitHub. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud infrastructure, automation, platform engineering, and modern software delivery practices.

DevOps Engineer

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient application delivery.
- Administer and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) environments, including repositories, pipelines, and build processes.
- Support application build, deployment, and release management activities across multiple environments.
- Lead and support migration efforts from Azure DevOps to GitHub, including repository and pipeline modernization.
- Automate infrastructure, deployment, and operational processes to improve reliability and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve build, deployment, and platform-related issues.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams to implement DevOps best practices.
- Monitor and optimize platform performance, availability, and deployment efficiency.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipeline development, and release management.
- Strong understanding of build and deployment automation practices.
- Experience supporting cloud-based environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Hands-on experience with source control platforms such as GitHub and Git.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and modern platform engineering concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Experience migrating CI/CD processes from Azure DevOps to GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud security, monitoring, and operational best practices.
