• Explain Community Choice Financial Family of Brands' services, culture, and growth paths to job seekers
• Screen and collect candidate information for roles in finance, customer support, and retail branch operations
• Collaborate with hiring and branch leaders to identify talent for open and future positions
• Provide a high-quality, compliant, and customer-focused experience to all event attendees
• Represent the company brand professionally and answer questions about benefits, training, and advancement
• Support event logistics including registration, scheduling, and follow-up communication with candidates
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and interest areas
