Syndicated Loans Administrator – LoanIQ – Corporate Banking - CassonX

To be considered for this role, CassonX are looking to identify someone who offers experience of working in a Syndicated Loans Administration environment, and exposure to all aspects of rollovers, rate fixings, draw downs, pre-payments and payments. It is highly beneficial if you are familiar with using the LoanIQ system, and if you are familiar with reviewing participants loan documentations (LMA) also. As this is a 12m FTC, you must be able to start quickly, they will not wait three months for someone.

This broad role will see you review syndicated loan agreements from an operational perspective and efficiently onboard and maintain deals within LoanIQ. Mainly covering daily loan administration activities, including drawdowns, rollovers, repayments and fee payments, you will also book trades and transactions within LoanIQ from inception through to settlement, and review, understand and draft LMA-standard trade documentation, including, Trade Confirmations, Transfer Certificates and Assignment Agreements.
