Job Description
Position Summary

The organization is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to join its Digital Platforms Technology team. This hybrid role involves working at the intersection of business analysis, technical solutioning, and project leadership. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of digital initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring solutions meet business needs through analysis, documentation, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.


• Analyze existing systems, workflows, and integrations to recommend scalable solutions aligned with business goals.


• Create and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, data flows, and process diagrams.


• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.


• Support API analysis, data mapping, and integration design.


• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.


• Participate in testing phases, including defect triage, validation, and production support.


• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, defining scope, timelines, milestones, and roadmaps.


• Drive Agile ceremonies and manage dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.


• Track and report on delivery progress, KPIs, and outcomes to stakeholders.


• Coordinate across multiple teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.


• Facilitate decision-making and ensure adherence to SDLC, governance, and release management processes.

Required Qualifications

• Proven leadership of cross-functional technology initiatives.


• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.


• Experience with SQL, Oracle, or relational database systems.


• Knowledge of web and mobile application architectures.


• Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, and data flows.


• Ability to diagram workflows using tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.


• Support experience for QA/testing lifecycle activities.


• Demonstrated success managing technology projects or product deliveries.


• Strong understanding of project planning, estimation, and tracking.


• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar ALM tools.


• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical background in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.


• Experience with frontend technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.


• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.


• Familiarity with QA automation frameworks.


• Exposure to digital platforms or financial services domains.


• Understanding of modern development and delivery practices using structured enterprise problem-solving methodologies.
