The Role

• Oversee Human Resources initiatives supporting a large employee base across multiple distribution hubs.
• Partner with management to design and implement effective recruitment strategies for key talent needs.
• Develop and coach an HR team focused on building and supporting a robust distribution workforce.
• Collaborate with operational leaders to ensure HR programs align with and support business objectives.
• Lead HR strategy to foster team development and operational excellence.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven experience in hands-on recruitment.
• Prior experience within a distribution or warehouse environment is advantageous.
