As a Tree Service Groundsman, you will play a vital role on the Arbor team, supporting tree care operations and ensuring work sites are safe and well-maintained. ULS offers a supportive team environment, opportunities to learn new skills, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
Assist the Arbor Crew Leader with tree care and maintenance tasks, including tree removals, pruning, and debris disposal.
Operate tools and equipment safely, such as chainsaws, under supervision.
Maintain a clean and hazard-free work site to ensure the safety of all team members.
Perform regular inspections and basic maintenance of equipment and tools.
Work collaboratively with other grounds men and team members to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
Willingness to take direction and follow instructions efficiently.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety guidelines.
Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
