Need Locals and Near 

Full Time - Permanent Position

Onsite 5 days a week, Time 8:30am to 5:30am, plus dealing with offshore but they can be handled at home. Regarding dealing with the offshore team as well- they will be flexible on when coming in due to dealing with offshore

• Hands-on PM: Direct, hands-on project management experience leading complex software engineering and application development projects.
• Requirements & Stakeholder Mastery: Success in business analysis, requirement elicitation, and managing stakeholder expectations at all levels of an organization. Ability to present complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly terms.
• Full SDLC Mastery: Expertise guiding custom software development from ideation to production deployment.
• Offshore Management: Coordinating offshore engineering teams in a multi-time-zone setup.
• Schedule Flexibility: Willingness and availability to conduct regular off-hours syncs (late evenings) to ensure tight alignment.
• Advanced Jira Admin Skills: Hands-on experience configuring Jira projects from scratch, customizing workflows, configuring Jira Service Management/Software schemes, and establishing automated reporting.
