Senior Product Owner / Platform Consultant - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Product Owner / Platform Consultant - Atlassian & PPM Solutions - Hybrid right to hire position with a Major Insurance Company located in Warren, NJ.

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Owner / Platform Consultant to lead and continuously improve our enterprise Atlassian and Portfolio Management platforms, including Jira, Confluence, Tempo, and PPM Pro. This role is responsible for driving business value through platform governance, portfolio visibility, process optimization, and data-driven decision making. As part of a small, highly accomplished Corporate Applications team, the successful candidate will operate with significant autonomy, influence stakeholders across technology and business functions, and deliver measurable outcomes without increasing operational overhead. We are seeking a certified platform professional with strong product ownership, consulting, and governance experience who can translate business needs into scalable solutions that improve transparency, execution, resource management, and organizational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Platform Administration, Portfolio Management, Business Analysis, Consulting, or a related field.
• Proven experience administering and governing Jira, Confluence, Tempo, and/or enterprise portfolio management platforms.
• Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable, effective platform solutions.
• Self-driven professional with the ability to succeed in a lean, high-performing environment with minimal supervision.
