Senior Project Manager A leading international insurance business is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support a diverse portfolio of business and operational transformation initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic change across a complex and regulated environment, working with business and technology stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex transformation initiatives.
• Establish and maintain programme governance and reporting.
• Engage senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
• Manage budgets, timelines, dependencies and key risks.
• Drive business readiness and successful adoption of change.
• Coordinate internal and external delivery teams.

Experience Required

• Strong Project Management experience within Insurance or Financial Services.
• Experience delivering large-scale change programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working within Matrix environments.
• Strong governance and delivery discipline.

Desirable

• Commercial Insurance, Specialty Insurance or Reinsurance experience.
• Data, finance or operational transformation programmes.
• Regulatory change initiatives.
• Technology-enabled business transformation.
• Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid delivery environments.
