- Facilitate stakeholder communication across technical and business teams.
- Escalate and drive decision-making where required to prevent delivery delays.
- Coordinate internal and third-party suppliers to ensure successful outcomes.
- Maintain strong delivery momentum across a high-volume project portfolio.
- Ensure project objectives, timelines and business benefits remain on track.

- Active SC Clearance.
- Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure and technology projects.
- Strong Project Management experience with demonstrable delivery ownership.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies and actions.
- Ability to work independently and rapidly establish credibility with delivery teams.
- Strong focus on achieving outcomes rather than strictly adhering to methodology.
- Experience using:
- Microsoft Project
- JIRA (primary project/task management tool)
Technical Environment
Projects are typically focused on:
- Microsoft technologies and platforms
- Infrastructure delivery
- COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) solutions

Delivery Approach
We are methodology-agnostic and are looking for a Project Manager who is comfortable operating across:
- Waterfall
- Agile/Scrum
- Hybrid delivery models
Success in this role will be measured by the ability to drive delivery forward, remove obstacles and ensure projects reach successful outcomes.
Working Arrangements
- Based in Essex.
- Expected onsite presence of 5 days per week initially, particularly during onboarding and project mobilisation.
- Flexibility may be considered later in the engagement based on project needs.
- Engagement runs from ASAP until December 2026.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:
- Be highly proactive and delivery-focused.
- Thrive in environments with limited oversight and constrained resources.
