The Role

• Ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests at Splash Waterworld, pools, and flumes.
• Supervise pool areas, maintaining vigilance for guest safety and adhering to all safety protocols.
• Support poolside activities, contributing to a positive and engaging guest experience.
• Undertake accommodation cleaning duties on specified days.
• Provide excellent customer service with a warm and engaging approach.

What You'll Need

• A strong commitment to guest safety and attention to detail.
• The ability to pass a swim test (50m in under 75 seconds, treading water, surface diving, unaided pool climb).
• Willingness to learn and undertake NPLQ (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) training if not already qualified.
• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude to working across different roles.
• A sociable and customer-focused approach to guest interaction.
