The Role

• Independently lead construction, renovation, and maintenance projects for high-voltage power lines up to 400 kV.
• Economically manage and execute projects, including cost control and budget adherence.
• Contribute to project calculations and the preparation of bids.
• Prepare measurements and manage project billing.
• Select and manage optimal installation methods and subcontractor services in collaboration with site management.
• Manage a team of 8-10 employees.

What You'll Need

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
• Several years of project management experience in the construction industry, ideally in overhead line construction.
• Profound, practical knowledge of contract law according to VOB and BGB.
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
• A strong sense of responsibility, proactive work ethic, and goal-oriented approach.
• Valid driver's license class B and willingness to undertake local travel.
