Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related analytical field.
• 3+ years of financial industry experience, specifically within payments, with a proven track record of documenting complex operational processes and product requirements.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience managing workflows in Jira.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and professional verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications Desired

• 5+ years in a dedicated analytics or operations role within a banking or fintech environment.
• Deep understanding of electronic payment systems, core banking technology, and testing frameworks.
• Strong working knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and Governance policies within the financial services sector.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Author, optimize, and govern the Client Delivery Readiness framework and all associated program documentation.
• Design, evaluate, and publish executive management reports, monthly key metric dashboards, and comprehensive audit reports.
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams and technical subject matter experts to architect, map, and standardize operational workflows.
• Oversee that client certification scripts, testing documentation, and deployment checklists are rigorous and fully executed; lead the annual review of Client Delivery Readiness operational procedures.
• Define training requirements and facilitate high-level knowledge-transfer sessions between product/technology teams and support staff.
